Small Group- 1-49 Employees
Medium Group- 50-99 Employees
Large Group- 100+ Employees
Group Open Enrollment
Each group has an Open Enrollment period during the year that is determined by you, the employer. This period is when employees can enroll in the group coverage or make changes to their existing coverage. Employees may decide to change plans, add or drop a dependent, or add an optional benefit. Once elections have been made, employees will not be able to make changes until the next Open Enrollment period, unless they have a qualifying event.

- Gaining Citizenship or lawful presence in the United States
